Join Geneveive Jin as she leads us through our very first Kundalini Yoga Practice! We are so honored to have her share this magical experience with us, and we hope you can all make it!
Kundalini yoga classes use breath, movement, mantra and meditation to heal the mind, body, and spirit. Each class consists of a kriya- a series of postures taught in sequence to produce a desired effect. Teachers choose from thousands of kriyas designed to help students deepen their awareness, connect with their creative energy, open the heart, stimulate the immune, glandular, and nervous system, and balance the chakras. This workshop is open to students at all levels of experience.
The Workshop will be an hour and a half, followed by hors d'oeuvres, wine, and tea.
